* Please note that we are making available approved 2026 Board meetings minutes. Budget documents will also be online soon. However, in order to access this new information, you need to be a registered user of our website. If interested, click on the "Registration" item in the main menu, fill out the form, and submit it. Once your submission is approved by the website administrator, you will be able to login, and that will result in a new menu item showing up: "HOA Documents".

* We are announcing that Westchester Glens HOA and Leeper's have mutually agreed to terminate the landscaping contract covering our neighborhood. The new company to do this work for us is Fert Works LLC.

 * The Ice Cream Social was attended by roughly 60 residents. We all had great fun! Many thanks to all the organizers, supporters, and - most off all - to all the participating neighbors. Also many thanks to generous donors who covered the whole cost of this event.

* At the Association annual meeting on February 10th the new leadership was voted in. Our president is now John Kessler (congratulations!).
